Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a PayPal account, all you need is PayPal supports any Debit/Credit card stated below that. By using PayPal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. PayPal is the easiest & most secure way to make payments online. No account is needed.
Please go through the ordering process carefully and ensure you choose your color, size, material and any other variant before checking out.
We highly encourage you to double-check sizes and addresses before placing an order with us. However, we understand that errors might be made.

As we try to process the orders within 24 hours of receipt, if a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at support@hlcollective.com as soon as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate that change.

If the order has already been processed or marked as shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of order receipt and sent to our handmade craftsmen. for production. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume.
Most of our handmade items are shipped directly from the artist, jeweler or craftsman that creates the item.

Usual production times for our handmade items are 3-5 days.

Due to the nature of handmade items, at times during peak seasons and Holidays, handling / creation time be extended from 3-5 days to 7-14 days. We will make announcements via email, website announcements and update the shipping policy page when expected production times are longer than usual.
Most orders will ship and shipment tracking updated to orders within 5-10 business days from the date of payment. (excluding weekends and holidays). All packages will be shipped via USPS First Class with Tracking unless otherwise noted.

When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through checkout, please contact the us prior to payment at support@hlcollective.com.
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please send an email to our support team at support@hlcollective.com.
Based on which fulfillment center your item is shipped from, you will be provided a tracking number that enables you to track your item 1-2 days after it has been sent. However, as each individual product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center across the globe, occasionally, we may not provide the tracking number for a product. Any missing items will be re-shipped free of charge to you.
Choosing the courier service, actually, depends on the artist or craftsmen who produces the item. Thus, courier services may vary from artist to artist but typically USPS with Tracking, UPS or FedEx, all with tracking.
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the primary customer. Usually, the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home, and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office or the carrier will place the order in a safe place around the house/apartment. If you encounter troubles with delivery, contact us and we will assist as best we can.
